OUR REFUND POLICY:

We will refund any unsatisfactory use of our calling cards provided
you the Card Owner/User notifies us within 48 hours of issue.

Unscratch-off Cards from Retailer stores will be refunded in full.
No questions asked!
Scratched-off and used phonecard will be refunded for the un-used
portion ONLY.

Full refund is applied on per issue basis where funds were deducted
from Card on non-connected call. Retail store owner/manager reserves
the right to refund, or not, based on individual store policy.In some
cases NetPhoneCo support services might require additional time to
investigate the circumstances.

Refunds will only be made by means of which it was initially conducted;
i.e Cash for Cash at location of purchase; and for Credit card onto
credit card used.

A re-institution service fee of $25 is charged on any Account if
payment on a credit card use is denied on website/Internet sales offering.
